A person reads every message, and we aim to answer within two working days. If something is wrong with a question your child was asked, this is the fastest way to get it fixed.

So we can reply. We use it for that and nothing else. Please leave out your child's full name or anything personal about them. We do not need it.

Email brainy@fortbridge.app directly if you would rather. If you already use Brainy, the grown-up area has a feedback form that can attach an anonymous summary of how it is going, which tells us more than a description can.
